The Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2018

New EEA Regulation 2018 will comes into force on 24 July 2018. 

The new regulations come as an advantage to the EEA Nationals who intend to become British, as the new Regulation 2018 will allow the family members of EEA Nationals, where EEA National becomes a British Citizen will only be required to show exercising of treaty rights rather than shift to Immigration Rules.
