The EEA Extended Family Members Right of Appeal Reinstated

The Court of Appeal has overturned the decision in case of Sala. As a result of Sala, the EEA Extended family members were not allowed to appeal against a refusal by the Secretary of State. However, The Court Of Appeal has now overturned the decision and the EEA Extended Family Members will now be granted right of appeal against refusal.
